Welcome! And Welcome Back to everyone who is joining me again for another random summer of mayhem!!
So its Friday night(Saturday morning to be technical) and Im leaving tomorrow(today...) For France! Let me give you the gist of the plan so far!
I fly out tomorrow at 6:50 and get into Paris around 9:30 on Sunday morning! Ill take the RER trains to a station in Paris where my dearest friend from last summer will be waiting to meet me and we'll play all day!!! It is going to be fabulous!!
Then i have to get up early the next morning (Monday) and make it back to the airport to meet my tour group leaving my giant bag of life at Yelba's(formally known to this blog as Pheobe..aka...the Switzerland trip) house and then off we drive to Belgium!!
For the next 10 days we will be visiting the World War One and Two battle fields that are significant to Canadians and Canadian military history. I have to make two presentations both in Belgium, one on a fallen soldier and the other on Underground warfare.
We spend two days in Belgium and the rest in Dieppe and Normandy which will be amazing!!
After that I will be returning to Paris for a few days to properly visit with Yelba and then Im taking the Eurostar!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From Paris to London under the English Channel!!! Then ill be taking the train from London to Edinburgh where I will finally meet up with my lovely Scotland buddy Jessie!! And then we will be busy busy finding work and somewhere to live!!
All in all this summer promises to be full of good blogs!
So comment please!!!

YAY its back haha. your blog brought me hours of enjoyment last summer while stuck in a stupid office cubical.
your next few weeks sound awesome... although i am a little disappointed to see you havent included stopping over in london to hang out with me in your plans haha.
I hope you have safe flight!

HAVE FUN!!!!
The RER from the airport into the city is much easier than the RER from the city out to the airport (turns out there are a lot of lines that veer off before the airport...) so you should be in great shape!
Remember, if you get lost at an airport, I'm all over it.
Say hi to Normandy for me. :)
Liz! I remember reading over those flyers for this trip (i think) at the school...or at least something similar...sounds awesome! If you stay til the fall you can come visit me in Holland, I'm moving there in Sept!
Jealous! Grrrr
All I could think of last night is Liz is in France and I'm here at work :(
