The random travel adventures continue

Im all the way back in France now..... Today was long, woke up nice and early and Judy drove me to the train station we had a very relaxing day yesterday and so i was all ready for my trains.....so off i went got my ticket felt pretty swave doing the same route knowing what to do.....Got from Andover to Clapham Junction no problem just some weird guy telling me about his random trip to ITaly that was meant for him and his girlfriend of 8 years.
Got from Clapham J to Victoria station perfectly and as we turned the corner i could see the eye of London and BIG BEN and i so badly wanted to jump ship and stay in London but i stayed on the train
Then i took the tubes from Victoria all the way out to Liverpool where i hopped on a train to stansted....quiet as planned....got in line got my ticket went to the bathroom left my passport in the bathroom.... oh yes i did it...thank god i noticed before i was out the bathroom dor but i had to wait until the lady was done to get it back....she was very excited because we were on the same plan....i never saw her again

SO then i had some time in Standsted to eat lunch which consisted of a egg mayo sandwich a Dr Pepper and a giant starbucks cookie to make me feel like less of an idiot for leaving my passport lying around

So then i got all on the plan and after switching seats so a couple could sit toegehter we were grounded for a thunderstorm....So then we got off i finished the most depressing book of life about the holocoust and then i arrived in France:::where much to my shigrin no one spoke English once again.....managed to get my luggage::::get yelled at by a police officer at customs for not speaking English::::well it was more of a friendly teasing looking down upon....he knew a surprising amount about Canadian geography and decided Toronto was close enough to Quebec that i should know French....
Then i managed to pass for French while buying my shuttle ticket until she asked me a question way way too fast....
Got on my nice half hour shuttle and while driving down the A34 passed two motorcycles..... one very normal....the other with a man dressed as a bunny rabbit...complete with a red nose....
Got to Lyon and agazin waited in line and passed for French speaking until the teller said something ridiculously fast.....anyway he treated me like a moron and told me how to read my ticket and such....ive been on like 100 trains now but i was so tired i let him think he was educating me
Got back to Macon finally and Caf and the crew were outside wanting to go out tonight....im almost 100% sure my brain is fried so i said no.....then I got back to Aze and went for dinner with Blue and tried Frog legs and SO GOOD

And thus concludes the not so funyn story of my day...i definitly thought it was funnier....

P.S. Im staying at Aze for the month of July woot.....its agood thing i think

Still in England

Its thursday and its another lovely lazy day at the Hysons, yesterday we took a trip into Salisbury where i got to visit the cathedral and get stared down by old people who think that younger people could not be remotly interested in any sort of culture, James and his friend Tooey(im not sure if im spelling that right) sat outside and waited for me..it had one of the original 4 copies of the Magna Carta so i was pretty much in heaven, it also had a massivly old book retelling the day that Charles has his head lopped off so again...heaven
Anyway so then we eat at Pizza hut because i said i loved it and Tooey knew were it was soooo yummmmm annd then we got home and went to the pub for dinenr which was lovely we were outside another pub later and two men were leaving for the night and the one man started walking the otehr said oh ill get on my thing and catch you up...he then proceded to board his scooter which he couldnt find the ignitian for...and was swearing like a sailor on leave until he realized i was there and said...Opp there is a lady about...i told him he could swear as much as he liked which he did and then finally got on...and i quote " which way is reverse" so off he went yelling wait for me wait for me and nearly falling off the moter chair possibly the funniest thing ever
and today we went to Andover for market day and now we are loafing,...we actually watched a bootlegged version of Pirates 3 missing the third of 4 parts so im really confused now
And who knows whats coming up tonight, James and MArk are heading out tomorrow morning to drive to France to climb mount Blanc and they are going to stop by once tehyve finished next week when i have another 4 days off before summer session starts so thast fun so i guess tomorrow will be a lazy day for me again im loving it

RANDOM

I need to tell the story of today
it has been a perfectly random day today, in England there is something called Springwatch which is basically where the government puts video cameras all over the urban parks to watch the local wildlife, for example Foxes that live in hedges and badgers and owls etc. So James and i were watching last night and they have Springwatch nightshift which is basically all on night camera vision and so you watch these badgers eat worms and punch each other out of trees and all that and someone sits in a control booth and moves the cameras around to get the best shot....and then a scrolling bar goes across the bottom with useful tid bits about Badgers...for example did you know that a group of badgers is called a cete??? Anyway you can also text a message and they post it on the telly...for example two people wrote BADGERS YAYAYAYAY and so who ever types up the text put their texts up and then wrote that the two texters should get together for texting the same thign....really random so James and i decided to text the station. But we got ours in too late and the badgers had gone to bed soooo we're going to try again tonight.

So then i got up this morning and we bumed around im almost finished my book and we were trying to figure out what to do when Judy said that our cousins(who i have never met before) were here to put a horse in race, so James and I shoudl go.....i said woot lets do it...little did i know it meant dressing up and pretending to be the horses owner....
So basically what happend was my two cousins James M and his sister Jo were down in place of their dad who has horses which they race with these different jockies and he was on vacation so sent his kids down to run the show, which they were nervous about it being their first time on their own and all. So Judy dressed me up all nice and English country style it was incredible i looked very very conservative and not like i had been at camp....James even got dressed up and off we went....it was the most posh thing ive ever been to, and we got owners passes which got us access to everything which is amazing. So we met up with James and Jo....James was in a full out suit and so we watched a few races had a Pimms had some beer...and then i placed a bet....Both James and i bet on different horses my horse was slated as being a good bet....it was names Miss Gibraltor...haha for all you HI 232/233 vets.....sadly James won 15 pounds and my horse of course trotted to a poor last place
Then the horse that they were racing was up...they trot them around to show them off for people to get their form to place bets and Jo did that and ended up winning best turned out = 50 pounds....then we got to go into the ringy thing and meet the jockey as the owners lol it was hysterical i had my ugly pool flip flops on...and then we went to see the race...and the poor horse lost....bad.....it was not great but it was so cool, then i placed one last bet on the James' plead to make me win something and of course iiiii lsot again the stupid horse came in second last....adn with that we left and went home...where Judy and James concocted a birds nest to save the baby swallow that had fallen out of its nest in the barn....

Pack my bags in going to LONDON England

Yo yo
K mum here is my post

So its my week off woooooooooooooot
It began with our director leaving on thursday to petition his license good times we hope he gets it or else no car for our site and we're a little screwed. Then i got a free taxi to the train station and took the train with Yelba to Lyon where we parted for the last time saaadddd she went off to another site for Pueblo Espanol and so i wiont see her again before she leaves to go back to Mexico!!!
And then i made my way to the Lyon airport which is a 30 min bus ride and i was super early so i hung out and watched a group of people in the airport that i prayed were not on my flight, they were a school group from the UK on their way home from France, funny enough they thought i was French the teachers kept trying to talk to me in French i just gave short answers and let them think that.
so i took Easy Jet over the pond it only took an hour and a bit and we arrived in lots of time, then i got a little lost in the Stansted airport which is ot in the middle of nowhere so i got myself a train ticket but the lvoely man neglected to tell me which trains to take and basically it was just one little ticket, so then he started going on about which tubes to take so i made him write it all down annnd it invovled three tubes which terrified me.
At any rate i got on the first train to the middle of London, got on the wrong tube went one station too far....got back on the right one got off got on another to Victoria station where i was stuck fora while while they unloaded the entire tube train everyone was angry i just followed the paramedics out of the station. then i bumbled around Victoria train station and could not figure out how to get to Andover it was on none of the boards so i went to information....wrong information booth so i walked over again and they looked at me like i was the most insane person alive, turns out i had to get off at some junction and get on another train....how the bloody hell was i supposed to know that....anyway so then i finally got to Andover and James picked me up.
The highlight of my train trip was the kid that fell asleep in frton of me and missed his stop and tried to jump out of the train and hit the door and was thrown backwards!
So i got to The Hysons and its just as i remember it which is fantastic it was James' birthday yesterday(sunday) so he had his friends over and we had a campfire and birthday drinks and then we all slept outside most under a paracheut me out in the open therefore i froze to death and had to go inside at like 6am.....it was a long night and the boys stayed until today so sunday we just chilled a bit and had more campfire and James' birthday choice was to go Go Karting soooo off we went there was 8 of us including James' dad and it was so crazy there was a safety video three coloured light system and jump suits...and gloves, talk about security. But a little 5'4 girl is not a great competator with 6 twenty year olds igot schooled the first 15 min and the second i came in 6th of 8 but it was possibly the funnnest course ever most of the time i just skidded out around corners! FABULOUS!!! I even got bumped out of the way by my uncle who was ruthless!! The helmets were so big and all you could see was hair but i basically slammed everyone....if you bumped too much they hold up this sign that says bumping...and if you keep doing it you get a black flag...i almost got a black flag...he had it in his hand...it was great!!

Then we had a nice dinner with a few of James' godparents and such and then we had a nice evening and i actualyl got a bed not a bit of ground!!!

Today has been utterly lazy all the boys went home, The horses needed tending too and i had a lie in and a late breakfast and im half way thruogh a book i found in my room and just bummmed around and tomorrow who knows maybe we'll go on an adventure!!!
